Do not let the price fool you, this camera packs a punch. While it is a little more expensive than other web cams this one is hands down amazing. This camera was purchased for use with my businesses new AV system for teleconference. Our conference room I would say is medium, by no means small. The built in mic works great, and what is really cool is the camera has its own processor, it can detect when more people are in the room. with one person at the table the camera automatically zooms in and centers around the one person, or zooms out and centers as others join the table. remarkable visual quality. The big selling point is this camera is so much farther advanced than other cheaper cameras, I anticipate this camera being compatible with future technology for some time. And it is rather compact, so very easy to travel with, by far better than laptop cameras.

The HuddlyIQ pack unbelievable video quality into a compact package. The auto-framing feature is awesome and makes each call seem like it’s in room custom built for the participants and the small size has had people ask “where’s the camera?” more than once.

I bought this with excitement, but found that it didn’t work well with my chrome OS laptop. When plugged in the laptop would turn off without an external power source. The autoframing feature rarely auto framed me (I updated the software on it from my Mac). In general I didn’t find it to be any better than my Logitech 930e. It has promise, but I think it will take sometime before it’s ready for primetime.

Bought this for a small conference room. It is satisfactory, but I was not blown away with it’s genius ability for automatic framing. The genius feature sometimes picks random objects that it thinks are people. Like an empty chair. to get it to tighten the frame on the important people, you have to do a manual override. While this task isn’t terribly complex, it’s not exactly intuitive… and more than someone who hasn’t used it before to figure out quickly.

We ordered two Huddly IQ Room Kits to integrate our Northern California and Northstar Resort Offices. Easy to setup and establish with multiple provider platforms. The automated scaling of the video is incredible and makes for the best interface possible for various meeting sizes (we use for both staff meetings and break out sessions). Great product I would highly recommend for business looking to incorporate video as the quality is far superior.

Purchased this camera to set up a small huddle/conference room in my home. The camera is easy to set up and get going. The quality of the video is very good. The camera has a built in feature to reframe the people in the room to optimize the view. Very happy so far!

This camera is amazing! Years ahead fo the rest in technology and functionality. Great image and sound quality. I use it in my conference room and we have had meetings with anywhere from 2 participants to 8 and it works perfectly in all situations. Even more, is the great team and service at Huddly. I highly recommend this camera to everyone.

The ONLY things to dislike are the price and that you have to install Huddly software for the camera to do intelligent zoom and other AI functions.
Likes: literally everything else. It is smooth, has a surprisingly wide field of view, good detail zoomed way in, and a remarkably good microphone. Speaker detection and intelligent re-zoom/-frame can take a few seconds when the speaker moves around the room, but the functionality is impressive none-the-less. Zoom and framing CAN be set to fixed field in the Huddly app.

Huddly camera is crystal clear and does a great job tracking people in the room. Great for small huddle type rooms (groups of 8 or less would be ideal imo)
