If your one tray is empty there needs to be a notification that goes off to let us know so it does not default to the other drawer. We have Death Certificates in one drawer and Birth Certificates in the other drawer so if it does not notify us then a BC will print on a DC paper.

The printer is NOT wireless. As purchased, you need an ethernet cord to print (this is 2022, seriously). I had to purchase a wireless connector just to print to the printer. The wireless connector with shipping (it was not available on Amazon) cost $80.
The memory is horrible. After buying the wireless connector, I could print a 2 page PDF. But I tried to print a 32 MB PDF of bank statements for my law firm. The printer could not printer a 32 MB file. I was on the phone with customer support for Lexmark for 1 hour. Finally they told me that I needed a hard drive to print a 32 MB file. And that my printer did not come with this hard drive. I would have to purchase a hard drive in order to print a 32 MB file.
I don’t know what you are getting with this printer. No wireless connectivity and cannot print large files. Sad product.

It is crazy that this machine was left without the duplex ability. For around the same price, buy a different Lexmark that will help you save paper.
